What to expect :
A. PURPOSE
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may cancel travel bookings made through ComeToMadagascar and the applicable refund or penalty terms.
b. General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@come-to-madagascar.com
- The date the cancellation request is received by ComeToMadagascar will be considered the effective cancellation date.
C. CONCELLATION BY CLIENT
1/ The following charges apply to cancellations initiated by client that have fully paid the trip, which mean 100% payment before the time of the tour.

TOUR Rescheduled
Interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or health issues that need hospital intervention before the day of the tour: in that circumstances ComeToMadagascar, can grant a 11 months availabilities for the client to enjoy the tour.
2/The following charges apply to cancellations initiated by client that have transfer a deposit of 50% before the time of the tour.
Interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited
- civil unrest,
- natural disasters,
- government restrictions,
- pandemics, or
- health issues that need hospital intervention,
ALTERNATIVE Solution
In that case ComeToMadagascar, can grant a 6 months availabilities for the client to enjoy the tour.
NOTES
Note: Some suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) may impose stricter cancellation terms, which will override the above.
D. Non-Refundable Items and deposit,
This point concern the 50% deposit from travellers. A deposit is required in order to booked all accommodation, and different transportation (4WD, boat,…).
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Airline tickets once issued (unless refundable per airline fare rules)
- Private 4WD booking
- Boat transfer
- Pirogue wood or Motor Boat
- All camping booking
- All accommodation booked
Custom tours or special promotions marked as non-refundable
E. Cancellations by ComeTo
Madagascar
In rare circumstances (e.g., insufficient participation, natural disasters, or supplier default), ComeToMadagascar reserves the right to cancel a trip.
- Clients will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund of payments received.
- Clients will be offered an alternative day tour, available for 1 year.
- The agency is not responsible for additional costs such as visa fees, vaccinations, or non-refundable airfare.
F. Changes or Amendments
- Date or itinerary changes requested after booking are subject to availability and any supplier fees.
- A [USD/EUR/Local Currency amount] administrative fee may apply per change.
- An additional cost will be apply to the domestically flight due to the politic, and penalty from MADAGASCAR ARILINES.
G. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
H. Force Majeure
Neither the Agency nor its suppliers shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under this Policy if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to recover the tour or credits from suppliers, but no guarantee is made regarding the outcome.

By confirming your booking with ComeToMadagascar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
PRESTIGIOUS and LUXURY TOUR cancellation
This concellation policy, concern mainly the LUXURY prestigious TOUR, involving a
- Private charter
- Private Helicopter,
- Luxury island sanctuaty
As the luxury +++ must be fully payed before landing time. In case of cancellation, ComeToMadagascar, and its partener reserve the right to reschedule the tour for an availabilities of 1 YEARS from the date of the concellation itself.
